Note the ‘fat’ feet of the Ciro as opposed to the delicately modelled front foot ot the Trifari.
The back foot of the Trifari appears to have shrunk away from the mould whilst cooling due to insufficient metal having reached that part of the mould. The fallen instep and overly thin ankle are consistent with this type of casting problem in my experience.
